Bendiksen Landing is located at 313 Robert Bush Dr. South Bend, WA 98586 on 9 acres. The site fronts US/SR101 and the Willapa River. There are nine buildings with total of 28,000 square foot, a 32,000 square foot wharf/with buildings and floating dock for moorage, EV charging stations. Current Tenants on site are Linda's Fish and Chips Food Trailer, Taylor Shellfish, Boondocks Marketplace, Sea Grant University of Washington, Pacific Shellfish, Pacific County Vegetation Management, South Bend Products, Snoddy's Burgers Food Trailer. We will also be offering seasonal pop-up markets through the year as well.
