Bendiksen Landing is located at 313 Robert Bush Dr. South Bend, WA 98586 on 9 acres. The site fronts US/SR101 and the Willapa River. There are nine buildings with total of 28,000 square foot, a 32,000 square foot wharf/with buildings and floating dock for moorage. There are currently two tenants. A shellfish company lease space for offloading oysters and mooring vessels and a takeout fish and chips business operates from a food trailer near the highway.
